1. Sponsor

This sweepstakes is sponsored by Static Line, 4359 S Prospect St Suite E Ravenna Ohio 44272, with prize fulfillment and promotion administration handled by Static Line and its designated service providers.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, excluding any states listed on the promotion page, who are at least eighteen (18) years old and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, immediate family members, and household members of Sponsor, prize suppliers, drawing administrator, advertising agencies, and affiliates are not eligible.

3. Promotion Period

Promotion begins Sunday, May 10, 2026  12:00AM and ends Tuesday, Jun 30, 2026  11:59PM Eastern Time. Sponsor's computer or the drawing administrator's system is the official timekeeping device.

4. Agreement to Rules

By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor and any independent administrator, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

5. How to Enter by Purchase

During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may receive entries by purchasing eligible merchandise identified on the shop page. The number of entries associated with each eligible product or bundle will be displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.

6. Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase, hand print on a 3 x 5 card the promotion name, entrant's full name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth, and mail it in a stamped outer envelope with the entrant's handwritten return address to: Static Line Sweepstakes, 4935 S Prospect St Suite E, Ravenna Ohio 44272. Limit one card per outer envelope. Mechanical reproductions, photocopies, bulk shipments, or incomplete entries are void. Each valid AMOE entry will receive the same number of base entries as one standard eligible order. If Sponsor offers bonus-entry windows or product-specific bundle bonuses during the Promotion Period, entrants may claim the equivalent free bonus only by following the exact AMOE instructions shown on the promotion page and envelope notation instructions published before the applicable bonus window closes.

7. Entry Limits

Limit [x] total entries per person/email/household/address/payment method during the Promotion Period, regardless of entry method, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, uses bots, scripts, aliases, proxy identities, or multiple accounts, or otherwise acts in violation of these Rules.

8. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the emergency preparedness bundle described on the promotion page.

Approximate Retail Value ('ARV'): $1769.94. No cash substitution, transfer, or assignment by winner is permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or component of equal or greater retail value if an advertised component becomes unavailable.

9. Winner Selection

On or about the first 3 days after sweepstakes closes, Sponsor or an independent sweepstakes administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

10. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winner will be contacted using the phone number, email, or mailing address associated with the selected entry. Sponsor is not responsible for failed, misdirected, or unanswered communications. Potential winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release where lawful, IRS forms, and any other documents reasonably required by Sponsor. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 5 days, is found ineligible, or fails to complete required documents, Sponsor may disqualify that person and select an alternate winner.

11. Prize Delivery; Taxes

Prize will be delivered within a commercially reasonable period after winner verification. Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes, title, registration, insurance, permits, or other costs not expressly included in the prize description.

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, biographical information, city and state, photographs, audio, and video for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

13. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, prize suppliers, promotion agencies, drawing administrator, platform providers, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

14. Fraud / Tampering / Cancellation

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, legal issues, force majeure, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor may select the winner from among all non-suspect eligible entries received prior to the event requiring action.

15. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Promotion is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy and may be shared with the drawing administrator and prize-fulfillment partners to operate the Promotion and comply with applicable law.

16. Disputes / Governing Law

Except where prohibited, all issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Portage County Ohio.

17. Winner List

To request the winner list, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to 4935 S Prospect St Suit eE Ravenna Ohio 44266 within [60] days after winner confirmation, or visit the Past Winners page if Sponsor posts the information online.
